At long last, wordpress 2.2 came out and it has an importer for the new blogger. I, of course, had a million problems upgrading, including:

• McAfee version 8.5 disabling my ftp access (for my own safety)
• My failed attempt at installing the wordpress plugin for phpadmin. (turns out my host already has this installed)
• The new importer was unable to find my posts (until I changed to a blogspot.com blog)

What does this mean for you? Nothing of any real use, but now you can check out my old blogposts on avoque.blogspot.com, though that would be stupid as you can clearly see that they are in my wordpress blog now. Yay. Blog. Yay.

Now start planning on sending me your contact information as I will surely lose it when I begin my next nerdy adventure for the weekend: upgrading the OS on my phone.
